We opened Johnston’s Hat Company with a vision: to bring a unique, customized hat experience to the Rio Grande Valley — something we felt our community was missing. We wanted to create more than just a storefront; we wanted to craft an atmosphere. A place where you can walk in, feel at home, slow down, and design something that is uniquely you.

EXCHANGE POLICY
At Johnston’s Hat Co., we accept exchanges only on non-customized hats that are in new, unworn, and undamaged condition.
Custom Hats are Final Sale.
This includes any hats that have been altered with:
Branding (letters, initials, or designs)
Custom stitching
Ribbon or brim customization
Tool design or burning
Any other personal modifications
Hat Exchange Guidelines:
Non-customized hats may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase
Original tags must be attached
Receipt must be presented
Clothing Return Policy:
Clothing may be returned within 7 days of the purchase date
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or damage
Original tags must be attached
We Do Not Accept Exchanges or Returns On:
Custom decorated hats (as listed above)
Hats that have been worn or exposed to damage (water, sweat, makeup, etc.)
Clothing that has been worn, washed, altered, or is missing original tags
Sale or clearance items
